Antonella founded NUO in 2024 with the vision of simplifying legal infrastructure for companies expanding across Latin America. With her law degree from UPC and a Master's in International Business from EAE Business School in Madrid, she identified the challenges that companies face when navigating complex regulatory environments across multiple countries and recognized the urgent need for this service in the region.
